Located in the Olympic Peninsula, Sequim enjoys a unique microclimate that is perfect for growing lavender. The cool marine influences, abundant sunshine, and well-drained soil create an ideal environment for this aromatic herb to thrive. The Sequim lavender farms offer visitors a mesmerizing sight as they wander through rows of lavender, releasing a delightful scent with every step. The best lavender farms for photography are B&B Family Lavender Farm and The Lavender Connection. I prefer these two lavender farms for different reasons. For B&B Family Farm the fields are the biggest in Sequim and add a real sense of depth and grandeur. The Lavender Connection on the other hand is small and quaint and has perfect nooks and places for intimate moments for portraits.
